In 2014, melco HairDesign began with began with staff members of three. Now, as we celebrate our 10th anniversary in 2024, we're excited to announce our expansion into Cambodia! At melco, we're not just hairstylists, we're dedicated to tackling hair concerns head-on, striving to be the kind of hairstylists who bring happiness through beautiful hair. This includes Coconut Hair Straightening, where hairstylists of any skill level can achieve consistent, high-quality results. Just follow the manuals and you'll soon be guiding your clients to glossy, beautiful hair.

Please let us about the selection process.
The process goes from document screening→first interview→training program→final interview.
Can I go see the salon myself?
Yes, you can. Please call the salon directly where you would like to visit, and our staff will schedule with you. We recommend you visit in the afternoon on the weekends if you would like to talk a lot with us.
Please tell me the ratio of men and women in your staff.
Both Okinawa and Cambodian BKK1 salon have a ratio of 2:3, and there tends to be more women.
Do you provide transportation expenses?
It is not provided now, but if you live in company housing near the salon, you can receive a rent subsidy. In addition, the Cambodian BKK1 salon has living space in the same building as the salon.
What kind of clothes do staffs wear to work?
We are wearing the uniform provided from salon.
How is the atmosphere like during the interview?
We want to get to know your personality, so we make the atmosphere to be relaxed, where we can communicate comfortably.
Please tell me about the holidays.
Our salon is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays and National Holidays.
