We have the highest number of hair straightening treatments in the world. We are engaged in a hair salon business that provides the “Coconut Straightening” techniques, a human resources training business in Cambodia /Myanmar, and a manufacturing and sales business of hair beauty products all made by Japan.

Hair Salon
We opened a main salon in Okinawa in 2014, and in 2022 opened a second private salon in a prime location in Omotesando, which is known as the hot spot for hair salons in Tokyo.
In the spring of 2024, we will open our third BKK 1 salon in Phnom Penh, which is the capital of Cambodia, as our first overseas expansion. We will delight the people of Cambodia with our overwhelming technique strength and create an "Essential salon" in Cambodia.
Our melco team's wish is for all women who have complexes about their hair to experience melco's Coconut Hair Straightening at least once. In order to deliver the impression that "Change hair quality, Change your life" to women all over the world, we will expand not only to Southeast Asia, but also to Europe, Africa, the America, and the rest of the world.

At melco, we specialize in cultivating top-tier beauticians equipped with the globally sought-after skill of 'Coconut Hair Straightening' By expanding the pool of professionals proficient in this technique, we aspire to deliver the life-altering experience of 'Transforming hair, Transforming lives' to countless women worldwide.

This original formula prioritizes damage control, drawing inspiration from the innate structure and theory of hair. Proudly made in Japan, the MELCOCO Series offers a range of trusted products including household shampoos, treatments, and leave-in treatment oils, as well as professional-grade perming agents tailored for salon use.
