This client enjoys bright hair color created with bleach.
There were noticeable waves from the roots through the mid-lengths, causing the overall hair to expand and become difficult to manage.
From the mid-lengths to the ends, repeated bleaching had also created accumulated stress, making dryness, roughness, and small flyaway hairs more noticeable.
Bleached hair is generally more sensitive to chemical treatments and heat than untreated hair.

For this client, we separated the areas that needed stronger straightening from the areas that required more careful protection.
We Carefully Adjust Both the Chemical Formula and Iron Work
With Coconut Hair Straightening®︎, we apply the necessary straightening action to the waves from the roots through the mid-lengths while minimizing unnecessary stress on the bleached ends.
We also carefully control not only the chemical formula, but the way heat is applied with the flat iron.
Our technique manages iron timing in increments as small as 0.25 seconds, depending on the condition of the hair.
This level of control allows us to adjust the amount of heat applied to different areas with greater precision.
When treating bleached hair, simply choosing a weaker chemical formula does not automatically make the service safer.
The processing time, chemical strength, iron temperature, and the amount of heat applied all need to work together according to the condition of the hair.

Smoother Hair While Keeping the High-Tone Color
After the treatment, the waves from the roots through the mid-lengths were significantly reduced, and the overall hair became much easier to manage.
Small surface flyaways and dryness also became less noticeable, creating a smoother and more naturally glossy finish through the ends.
Our goal was not simply to make the hair straight.
We also wanted to avoid the stiff feeling that can sometimes appear in heavily processed or bleached hair.
The finished hair remained soft and flexible while becoming easier to control.
Because the shape of the hair became easier to manage after blow-drying, the client can also reduce the amount of time spent using a flat iron every morning.
This can help reduce repeated daily heat exposure.
The result was smooth, manageable straight hair while still allowing the client to enjoy her bright, high-tone hair color.
